When will AutoUser for the Lotus Notes 8.x Standard client be available?
We are working on it and expect to release it in June 2009.

Is AutoUser able to control the Notes client completely?
No, there are some controls in the outer rim of the Notes universe. For example, AutoUser can not drag and drop calendar entries. However, once a feature like this is important for testing workflows, we will work hard to find a way to implement it.

Do you provide a support plan?
Currently all support is free. Our support method of choice is the forum where all users benefit from the questions and answers. But you can also contact us by email and phone.

Do you have plans for a Linux or Mac version?
Currently there are no plans to port AutoUser to another platform.

How can I obtain a written quote?
To request a quote, please contact customer service at customer.service@smart-toucan.com.

What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation by email that contains all of your order data and the payment options. A printed invoice will be sent via snail mail. Please allow one week for delivery.

Which payment options are available?
You can use wire transfer or major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard.

Which currencies do you accept?
By wire transfer we accept euros only. Plimus.com, which is our sales platform for international orders, currently accepts 19 different currencies. So you can also pay in USD for example. However, our prices are calculated in euros.

What will I receive if the software is delivered by email?
You will receive an email detailing how to download the software and giving your serial number(s). Please either print or store this email in a safe place.

How secure is the order process?
All credit card payments are handled through Plimus.com, one of the world's leading payment processors.
