Luca Explains

Luca Explains represents a new approach to software training and education.

Although eLearning solutions are now usually based on multimedia tools, they still fail to get buy-in from their audience. Even with video tutorials, it is hard to keep end-users interested.

1. All tutorials are conducted by an animated character, which allows us to gain and hold the users attention
2. We have placed this character into the real Notes client Luca moves and talks inside the user's application, not outside in an artificial environment. The user does not need to memorize anything. He can watch the action right in his own setup
3. We have invested heavily in creating "smart" scripts that analyze the user's work place and respond to his actual setup. For example, if there is no Recall button in the users Notes client, Luca will not start to explain the Recall function
